Born and raised in Orange County, CA. My entire life i've been surrounded by all sorts of ethnic groups, upper, middle, and low class people. Orange County is a large melting pot of history and art. I've always considered myself an artist from a young age. I was drawing, painting, working with metal, wood, clay. Any new artistic way to express myself, I wanted to learn everything about it. I got into photography at a very young age and remember always being inpatient trying to fill a roll of film on my little Fuji and Kodak cameras. The excitement of rushing down to my local 1 hour photo processing center to see the outcome of what sometimes was a month or more of memories stored on a single roll of film. I always found photographs to be something magical. They have the ability to freeze a moment in time forever. I can look a single photo and recall an entire interaction and the feelings and thoughts I was having from that one snap. Now with modern technology and having the ability to edit those moments and turn them into something even more beautiful is why I've never put down my camera. I know when i'm taking picture for friends, family and clients what i'm providing them. Its not just a push of a button but a way for them to travel back to that moment and relive those memories all over again and again. In the last couple of years I have expanded my art by photographing bands. This to me has been really rewarding. Coming from a time of watching MTV when they played music and watching all these rock and metal bands as a kid. I'm now photographing them and call some of them my friends. I can't begin to describe the surreal feeling that has on me.
